Forty one (41) Director Members or their designees shared dinner and discussed emerging issues at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront from 6-8:30 p.m. on July 29, 2015. New members were introduced.
Vicki Johnson (CO) recognized Doug Willman (NE) for his 42 years of service at the NE DDS and his 38 years as Administrator there. Doug held many prior roles in NCDDD, including President and was a driving force for creation of the organization. He was presented a commemorative clock, universal heartfelt thanks and well wishes for his retirement.
The open forum included discussions about DCPS, HSPD-12, OPM’s Cyberbreach, Electronically Stored Information policy and Capacity work. It was a wonderful opportunity to network with peers and review matters of importance to the NCDDD membership and the disability community.
